"1. Took about 5 minuted to get acknowledged standing at counter 2. Took 25 minutes to get drinks. We were the only people there besides a few teens talking and goofing with employees only 2 employees were actually working while the rest was with the teens half working half talking and goofing around 3. One drink, a mocha frozen coffee was left just sitting in the blender making it by the time we got it, no longer frozen and we requested oatmilk, and was definitely not made with it. (Which is something you pay extra for)"

"A week ago the sandwiches were hot, toasted, and good. This week they are barely warm and soggy from the microwave. The sugar raised donuts were made with powdered sugar and dry. Did this place change owners over christmas?"

"VERY hit or miss at this Dunkin. 4 stars because this location still has the Happy Hour!!! I'll reduce if/when happy hour goes away here. On a normal day you'll wait 20 minutes to get an iced coffee and when you finally do it's of subpar quality and flavor. Vary rarely when I come through here is it fast and delicious. Today at 3pm my wait was 5 minutes and the iced coffee was decent. Like 90% of the dunkins in the area this one could be doing a lot better on the daily. I'll continue visiting this location the Pekin location specifically because I support the owners(s) decision to keep happy hour!"

"Waiting in line for 48 minutes. 22 of that was from time of order to actual food pick up. Waited 18 minutes at the window for my food. The back of house was absolutely trashed. Multiple employees aimlessly wandering around. I will not be returning"

"Ordered an Americano and got a black coffee,also got a wrap and it wasn't even warmed all the way and Ordered another drink that they got wrong. Asked for sugar in the bag and got sweetener. Talk about quality service."
