"We arrived in the drive through that was moving incredibly slow… once we got up to the speaker I could tell why. After three cars from the other lane (that all arrived after we did) got their order taken first I had to ask if my order was going to be taken to remind them that i was even there…. Not that difficult to use a headset to alternate which lane you’re taking orders from…. Do better"

"If I could give 0 I would. Not only is the wait time crazy came in when it wasn't busy and still waited 30 mins for the food. You have staff playing around and making paper air plains out of the wrappers. Staff members did notice that we where there and still ignored us. Had other ppl come in and then they started helping them. Seames like that staff didn't wanna be at work. After waiting 30 min for food and seeing that drive threw and ppl that came us getting food they where questioned why we haven't gotten ours. Got told they don't see my order but then someone els says that it was on a different screen and then when I ask for my money back and telling the manager 6 x what I had she and showing her what I had ordered she still didn't correct and had to get her manager. Extremely rude and unprofessional. If you can't handle the stress or know how to communicate with someone then you shouldn't work there. Absolutely ridiculous. Food has gone down hill.... nasty,cold just disgusting. And then they still got the order wrong on top of that. So over it!!!! Definitely wouldn't go there anymore. If you can avoid this place I definitely would."

"Waited 10 minutes to try and ask for large lids since there was none at the self serve station, ended up just sitting down. Employees weren’t busy, just weren’t interested in helping me. Watched an employee give a lid to what I’m assuming was her boyfriend (she was sitting with him multiple times) not even 10 minutes later. Food was cold when we finally got it. Got it in a bag instead of on a tray so had to eat on napkins. Before leaving I tried getting a small mocha frappe, waited about 5 minutes for anyone to come to the counter, and was told “we’re not doing frappes right now”. Horrible, horrible service. I always forget how bad this place is and that’s the only reason I go once every 6 months."

"This has to be the worst McDonald's in the entire state of Illinois. Each time we go here the food is either cold stale not right or it takes forever just to get it. I don't understand what is so hard about listening to what the customer wants pays for and then executing their order. And they want raises on their paychecks? Please, they can't even complete a simple order. Even my 8-year-old, who loves McDonald's, is disgusted by this place The nuggets are never edible when he gets them and the fries are always only half full. I mean my gosh they can't even get drink orders right lol You order a Coke and they give you a mountain dew how ignorant can you be? My toddler could make better food than this. And it's not like they have to do much most of the food is already made They basically just have to warm it up So sad that people are incapable of providing quality customer service anymore. I wish they would tear this place down and put something else there It's a disappointment in this town and I wouldn't recommend anyone go there In fact I would recommend you go literally anywhere else including the gas station before you get food from this McDonald's."

"Wait times get longer each time we go there. Today ordered a fish sandwich and it was dried out and well you see how much cheese they gave. Not even a full slice and it wasn't fresh either. There's always something wrong with every order. Shouldn't get excited when the orders correct or the sandwiches are lined up not sliding off the bun with ketchup everywhere. Service has really went out the window."
