"Before I went to the store I called to make sure that they made keys. The sweetheart that answered the phone could not have been nicer, so friendly and pleasant! (I wish I could remember her name, darn it.) When I got to the store she recognized my voice and that same sweet personality shone through. She called back to the key area and gave them a heads-up that a lady was coming back to get a key made. I went back and was met by Bill who was also a great guy - efficient, very friendly and helpful. I paid for my $7 keys and you would have thought I was spending $7 million! So warm and welcoming, just made my day. This is by far the best store in Peoria... maybe the best store in Illinois... maybe even the best store in the world ♥️"
