"My granddaughter had her second appointment with Dr. David Deray and my daughter and son in law loves him. Dr. Deray's bedside manner is awesome. He is very patient and always willing to answer any questions that they may have. On the first visit, Dr. Deray explained everything in detail to my daughter and son in law to the point that they didn't have any questions. He also makes everyone feel so comfortable. My granddaughter (newborn) did not cry with him at all. So we think she likes him as well. Lol.. He is very gentle with her and attentive."

"I decided not to bring my child back for continued care here because the doctor ignored the medical history that was provided in making a diagnosis and deciding whether to provide a referral for further medical evaluation. Additionally, the doctor suggested my son was being deceptive about significant medial history that resulted in permanent trauma. Instead of saying," I believe you," the doctor suggested that he was very likely making up the chain of events that were described to me and verified by my own personal experiences. It is not convenient to share a medical history of such a unpleasant nature. Unfortunately, some doctors get an education and that makes them feel that they know more than the patient or guardian of that patient knows about the patient's health because their education inflates ego. Not every problem is immediately evident with an examination lasting fifteen minutes. You must take into account the full history of the patient and not discount history provided. Unfortunately this tends to be the average experience across America. I think the providers are very skilled, but it would pay to empathize better and drop the skepticism about patient and parent provided medical history. If it seems difficult to believe, it is probably true. No one asks to have such a life or to endure experiences. There is no value in shocking people with unpleasant disclosures and sharing is problematic at best. It is not about seeking attention when you have legitimate medical conditions to treat. The only words survivors want to hear: I believe you. How can I help?"

"Dr. Deray took my baby as a patient after a long NICU stay. She was born at 24 weeks so we were very selective when it came to choosing her pediatrician & we are so happy we chose Dr. Deray. He is thorough, proactive, and compassionate. His bedside manner is unmatched."

"I took my 7-year-old son to see Dr. Crane today and she was absolutely amazing!!! He does not like going to the doctor, especially since all of the nose swabs for testing. "Absolutely bring your kids here! My son loved Dr. Deray and he’s the kind that hates going to the doctor and dentist. They treat your kids like a person. Very nice and respectful staff from the moment you come in. Clean facility and friendly knowledgeable staff. The young man over referrals goes above and beyond as well. Proactive and makes sure he does things in a timely manner. They have exceeded my expectations and look forward to many more years of having my son as a patient."
