Rainbow Pediatrics of Houston

"I literally just called and mentioned my daughter has been running a fever over 100 for 2 days. The lady told me they don't have any openings for another 2 days at least and that we would have to sit there from 1p-3p just waiting to try to be squeezed in for today, ontop of which they told me to call her insurance and have the providers switched which I wouldn't mind doing if she was going there permanently but she's not, this was the closest Dr office thats open so thats why i called. I get that you're busy but if a 1yr has had a fever for 2 days you tell your patients oh we don't know if we can squeeze you in you'll have to sit here for 3 hours with no guarantee - do you not care about the life and well being of a child? If you don't have time or space to see someone then say you don't have it and recommend an urgent care or other pediatric location. That was literally ridiculous and a waste of time. Heartless."

"Dr Lau never cease to amaze me with her expertise and knowledge about children health. She would listen to you and explain everything. Not very many clinics in the area can compete with the excellent service that Rainbow Pediatrics provides. The front desk is also helpful and treats you like one of their own."

"Dr Lau she is very nice & my daughter loves her. But the need either an attitude change or they need to be replaced. They are never nice or smile or even greet you when you walk in. The one one glasses is always rude. I will be looking for another pediatrics"
