If you have any need they look into it immediately. They are not discriminating. They made us feel welcomed and at home. It’s a great apartment to live in. We love it."

"Maintenance in here is very much horrible. They only come to just check and tell you they will come back but they never do. Nobody does anything about it. Currently our A/C is not working properly and yet maintenance said works just fine which isn’t very fair if we pay rent and pay to get it fixed."

"I applied for this complex on February to move in March looking for a place that I could call home. Courtney the leasing agent that gave me the tour of the property as well as prices said that the unit that was available was for $967.00 she asked me if I was interested so she could started with the paper work. I agreed, and come back next day with two cashiers checks $60 for the application fee and $350 for the deposit. It took about a week for them to contact me to let me know that my application was approved and asked me when did I wanted to move in. I told them I wanted to move February 26 and asked for my total move in. Rochelle Goodwin the manager responded that it was $40.96 plus $1,147 for March. I’m all confused and asked why if Courtney had said the unit was $967 why she was telling me different price now. the reason why I applied here was because the price Courtney had given me, otherwise I would have never applied. I asked Rochelle to cancel my application and to return my deposit. She was rude and refusing to give my deposit back. I been trying to speak with her but she’s always unavailable.Is not my fault that the leasing agents are giving wrong information about the property. I’m a single mother and I work so hard for my money to provide for my Children and for this people, Rochelle Goodwin to tell me that I can’t get my deposit back is just cruel. Please before you applied for this place think twice or you end up like me or others loosing your money."

"Had a wonderful experience with the move in and prompt maintenance especially during the freeze when the heater was needed. The office staff is very compassionate to the needs of the tenants not to mention the location and the room in the townhome. First time in a townhome very impressed with the whole lay out would recommend to family and friends."
