"The best decision I could have made was to chose Texas Children Westchase. Im coming from Katy and I drive with no hesitation. The previous pediatric office lied and gave a vaccine without my consent. So after ALOT of research we decided to come here . The nurses are always friendly and they have genuine interactions with my daughters. There has been numerous times my daughters got sick and they were able to get me in the same or next day ! We are very grateful for every interaction we’ve had and would recommend this location to any one; especially if you are a mom who cares about the vaccines your child receives. Unlike most places they don’t have a vaccination policy."

"My daughter comes here and my new baby will be coming here to see Dr. Wei and he has been the best doctor ever so far. He takes the time to listen to you and is very patient. If your child has any needs he makes sure they get the help they deserve. The office is really nice and clean as well and parking is good. The office staff is amazing and friendly as well. My only complaint would be the lady who administers the vaccines I’m not sure if she is the medical assistant or what. She is very aggressive when administering the vaccines and doesn’t seem kid friendly at all. She also just doesn’t seem to people friendly and I’m not a fan of her. She was rushing when giving my child vaccines instead of being gentle and when I was trying to ask her about the needle size she seemed unconcerned. Otherwise everything else is great here and I love it."

"I have been with this office since my son was 3. His newest doctor, Dr. Wei is absolutely amazing and he is now my daughter's doctor as well and he helped my family after I went through the worst experience of my life with Dr. Matthew Wigder. After just giving birth and barely being able to walk after a Cecearean, This man called CPS on me for having a premature baby who he claimed i wasnt feeding. He told CPS I was negligent because I couldn't get transportation to the hospital after he told me it WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY but he just wanted an additional opinion because she hadnt gained as much weight as HE wanted. When I tried to call him to let him know we were going on the following day i was told i had to pay 20 dollars to leave a message but he claimed i refused to communicate with him. Even the nurses at the Texas Childrens in Katy said he was foul for what he did because there was nothing wrong with my baby other than being premature. He attacked my family: The CPS lady said he was wrong because he told them "my baby was going to die tomorrow". She looked at my daughter and told me don't worry my baby is healthy and no she will not die tomorrow, but she took me to the hospital herself just to prove this doctor wrong. He then had the nerve to call me while I was at the hospital to tell me how he had called CPS on four other families as well. I was devastated to go through this. When I talked to advocacy at the hospital they explained that I could only complain to the medical board so that is why he felt he can ruin families lives. I went through post partum and was suicidal because of what this doctor did because CPS didnt just investigate about my daughter, they had to investigate my son too as if im a bad parent; but my daughter is now 16 lbs, smart and beautiful so Matthew Wigder WAS WRONG. I want everyone to know that this clinic has amazing doctors but be aware of this unbelievable experience I had from a doctor who didnt want to do his job."

"Hands down recommend taking your kids here. Ill be upfront I have never liked doctors nor trusted them or even liked hospital environments, but this place has changed my mind especially how nice the staff is from the front desk, to nurses and even my sons doctor. My youngest son who was born with a lot of complications has done so well thanks to the guidance from his nurse and doctor. I cant say thank you enough to nurse Tatiana for helping my son be where he is at and same with Doctor Intody who has helped ease a lot concerns with my sons health. Overall I am thankful for this place, also would like to add that another nurse there named Sandra is good with giving shots my kid barely reacts so highly recommend her for it."
