"The absolute worst!!!! The plumbing is terrible, my toilet overflowed into the bedrooms when my kids and I were sleep more than once. The maintenance is terrible. There has been 4 new sets of people working the leasing office since I’ve been here. There are pests and stray animals thought out the complex. Just overall a terrible place"

I'm on disability and the lady DaDa was very helpful please don't switch her to another property there's a lot of tenets here that likes her..she's very helpful getting things done around the property ..she' has a lot of respect here..it would be big mistake if your company switch her to another property ..thank you. .SHE'S THE BEST FOR THIS PROPERTY"

"Lived here for 6 months the since I’ve been here there have been serval different managers in the office they are taking people money here please don’t move here they didn’t even know I was staying in the unit signed a lease month before I moved in they charged me for that month ! Then they tried to create another lease and have me sign it red flag ! the unit is over priced my neighbor has same renovated unit and is paying $400 less they will not fix the dryer on my stackable unit because they haven’t been charging me the monthly fee for it so it’s my fault ?! So what am I paying 1300 a month for a 1 bedroom and they can’t fix the dryer nobody has and response they push it on to the next person and that’s if the person last here I wouldn’t recommend a dog to stay here it’s all About money because they can’t keep residents this property need to be looked into and should be reported they sending threatening email stating balance must be paid or eviction will be filed and they won’t accept your money ! Like what kind of people are are you please pass this property up it’s other nicer property if they can’t keep staff how are they gone take car of you as a resident here"
