"I went to the office and spoke to the office manager Francia about my rent and fees I was charged. She was able to speak to her manager on my behave and she was very helpful in getting the much needed fees reduced. She listens and understands. I really appreciate her caring and understanding of my situation. That’s the kind of management people need in difficult times. Thanks again for understanding . What a Blessing. KD"

"Went in for some information during business hours. Met with Francia who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered a lot of questions with a great attitude and was very informative."

"The elevator has been broken for over 1 month. This is against the American Disability Act. Elderly crippled people can fall and injure themselves taking the steps. Some people are in wheelchairs. This is unacceptable. Then they raised the rent. The dumpster is overflowing with stinky trash. Veronica is the worst manager. She is rude and unconcerned with the tenants and property. She was ugly with the Amazon driver, she told him they don't take packages in the office very rudely. She need to go NOW or the property will go down."

"Not pleased with how they're treating the elderly. This apartment complex need to have a clean up. This apartment complex need a back up generator. Need better communication. The resident's are suffering. Management and Leadership need to go through proper training to handle situations better. I am not pleased. Car's recently broken into and resident's received vehicle damage on both side's of the gate. Security light's need to be installed round the the entire building. Safety issue's need to be addressed top priority.This business need to be addressed. Bats in hallways. A/C unit's don't work all the time. Heater system malfunctioning. Appliances not working properly. When the resident's call the emergency line's. Issue's are not being addressed in a timely manner. Facility is nice. Pray for the employees and all the resident's."

"Another place that needs a secret shopper report. Though the business hours were posted, the doors were locked to enter the office. Plenty of cars were parked in the future tenants spots. After knocking, a lady came to the door and asked if she could help me but didn't motion for me to enter, she just held the door open. I stated I was inquiring about a rental. She immediately said there was no availability. By this time another person come up behind me. I asked if there's any brochures; she said she didn't have any and then started to ask me what was my income! I was shocked that she began conducting business at the door with another person waiting and listening behind me. I could read a lot into what was displayed at that door with me standing outside but I wouldn't consider this place whether there is an opening or not! With this kind of management, this would be a BAD relationship for any resident, especially the seniors they cater to."
