"We love cole pediatric therapy! My son has been going there for at least a year now. He currently does speech only and every week he is so excited to go see Ms. Lauren. When we first started, he barely spoke more than 10 words, now he is speaking sentences. He runs in excited and hates leaving. It’s not always easy to find therapist your kids connect with but it has been so great here. We are 100% comfortable with all of their staff. It’s also super easy to reach them and make appointments. They have always tried their hardest to reschedule any appointments we need as well."
"Been taking my son here for years. Occupational and speech therapy. And now my younger son for speech. The staff is so kind and accommodating. They really listen to your concerns and work with your schedule when possible."
"Let me began saying we are so greatful for all the amazing work all the people at Cole Health are doing. From the Receptionist always greeting you as soon as you walk in the door. As well as everyone always cheerful and smiling. My daughter was referred here in March for Speech and OT due to being nonverbal and being a little behind her growing/learning development. When came in for the evaluations we met Ms. lauren and Ms. Carol. Two evaluation, one for OT and another for Speech. They both explained to us how everything was going to go during the evaluation as well as getting some feed back on my daughters everyday routine. Few weeks pass by and we get a call scheduling her speech session and OT. Again super easy they work with our schedules & made sure were able to make it. She comes 2 days for Speech & 2 days for OT. My daughter is 2 years old, she was quiet, nonverbal, wouldnt make eye contact, would like being on her own, she wouldnt care to play with other kids. With only no more then 5 words & when i tell you ms. lauren has taught her so much. She now sings the alphabet, said yes, no and many more. She smiles more. She gets excited to see kids. Ms. Carol taught her how to draw on the whiteboard. She now draws line & learning circles. Grabbing the pencil or marker the right way. Shes always telling her what is next. My daughter would cry everyday because we would brush her teeth and now thanks to ms. Carol we have no problem, she loves it. They help alot with everyday life skills and motor skills and repeating words she hears everyday. They doing amazing work. We are so greatful for all they do for our daughter. My daughter gets excited to see them everytime we come. I love her one on one session. My daughter has come along way these months , we still need some more work but slowly but surely we will get there. Another thing about them is if we cant make it we make sure to call or ask the receptionist to schedule us for a later time if possible or another day. But as well as always communicating with them on anything we see fit. We are more then thankful for Everyone at Cole health. And anyone that ask us we recommend them."
"The WORST! Physical therapist who was assigned to my son, on several occasions, if not all, had an unlicensed employee from the front desk of Cole Pediatric Stone Oak assisting with/giving him the therapy. I was informed by my son, I witnessed this first hand, and the assigned PT admitted over the phone that she had a front desk staff member assist her/ provide therapy due to her being pregnant and thus unable to fulfill her duties. This becomes very problematic because my son was not receiving the appropriate therapy while they continue to profit. The front desk assistant who is in charge scheduling keeps messing up with scheduling/rescheduling/cancellations. As a result, my son has being discharged and he will be unable to receive his OT which was scheduled to begin the next day. When emailed about this complaint, I received a response from all the contacts whom I had previously exchanged emails with, indicating I had been blocked. My intention in emailing was because I believe that action should be taken so that PT’s are not delegating inappropriate care to an unlicensed personnel while having the client believing the services receiving were the ones that were paid for."
"Not made for twins or multiples with speech or OT issues. My twins who are 2 had to get over the trauma and damage this place caused. I asked them to keep them together that they had issues being separated but no they had them basically screaming for 30 mins in 2 different rooms not learning anything but bet you they charged my insurance for the constant trauma they caused. My twins inverted not wanting to do anything or go anywhere. Himmel and other programs put your babies together and teach together no trauma. This is a certified 30 min daycare not a therapy program. Need to do better."
