"I love this community. The office staff is always helpful with any questions or concerns I have. They send us reminders about whatever is going on for the month, like food trucks and treats they have for us. The maintenance team always completes my work orders quickly. The property is so pretty and they are super pet friendly so my kids and my dog love it here too. last summer we swam a lot and the pool was always pretty and clean. It’s always so peaceful and quiet. I don’t plan on leaving any time soon!"

"Sad I didn’t even want to leave any stars. My experience at this places months in just has been terrible. I don’t even know where to start. This place has so much negative there it is very small % of anything good. Not only can your car get broken into, they also will tow your car with it being registered to the complex and when you confront them they don’t even care. The glue from the wood floor is coming up, the blinds are cheap and brake instantly. The whole complex smells like piss, the grass is dead in the summer, the trash situation is terrible, if you don’t put your trash out a certain way they like you get charged for it, they they also leave the trash in one area of the property by the back gate from the whole complex , they harass you for the rent before it is even due. They gate never works, if your key for the gate goes out the expect you to replace the battery or pay $50 for a new one. The two lady’s in the front of the office are lovely Teresa, and I’m not sure the others name. The two lady’s in the back are very rude, no customer service would not recommend living here. 0/10"

"I recently had the unfortunate experience of living at Waterford Trails Apartments, and I must say, it was far from pleasant. From the moment I moved in, I was greeted with a series of disappointments that made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. Firstly, the apartment itself was in a deplorable state upon move-in. Despite promises of a clean and well-maintained unit, I found myself facing numerous maintenance issues, including leaky faucets, a malfunctioning air conditioner, and a persistent mold problem that seemed to go unnoticed by the management. Speaking of management, the staff at Waterford Trails Apartments was anything but helpful. Whenever I brought up my concerns, I was met with indifference and a lack of urgency in resolving the issues. It was clear that tenant satisfaction was not a priority for them. Furthermore, the amenities that were advertised as part of the living experience were either non-existent or in a state of disrepair. The fitness center equipment was outdated and often broken, and the pool area was consistently dirty and uninviting. To make matters worse, the noise levels in and around the complex were unbearable. It seemed as though there was no enforcement of noise regulations, leading to many sleepless nights. In conclusion, my time at Waterford Trails Apartments was marked by discomfort, frustration, and a feeling of neglect. I would strongly advise anyone considering this complex to look elsewhere for a more pleasant and stress-free living environment."

"I am so excited to be joining the Waterford trail community! I am a strong believer in first impressions and my first impression so far has been picture perfect! I called to inquire about the property and was invited in by Teresa, who has been so amazing from the start to the finish, she showed me the entire property, took her time showing me everything telling me about every detail and answering any and every question I had (which was a lot lol) After viewing the property and meeting her I felt like this was exactly where I wanted to call home. She walked me through the process which made everything simple and easy. I wanted to take the time to write this and personally thank you Teresa, as well as thank you to Waterford for keeping up with such a beautiful property! Sincerely, your new tenant."

"My wife and I are having a blast living here. We moved in a little over a month ago and we love it here. No complaints at all. From the leasing office to maintenance. Everything is on point here. The apartment is very comfortable and modern. My neighbors are also all amazing. We recommend this community to family’s looking for a wonderful home. Also want to give thanks to Teresa! She made our leasing and move in process very easy and simple. She is a wonderful person. We couldn’t thank her enough for everything! Recommend her to anyone as well!"
