"First time visit and last time. I chose this provider based on great reviews from others. We liked Dr White and she explained things thoroughly but the office staff and billing needs work. First issue: I called more than 5 times trying to get access to the portal to see records needed for my child to no avail, no one could figure out what the issue was, and eventually had to request that they send them. Second issue which is a deal breaker: For preventative visits if you are asked or tell about any issues outside of the standard well visit, they also charge for a problem visit which is not 100% covered by insurance like the well visit is. It is not illegal, however it is unethical. A patient should never feel like they can't ask any questions or talk about any issues going on when the doctor asks because they'll get billed an additional charge."

"I received a diagnosis on Friday late afternoon and was told a prescription was sent in. Walgreens did not receive it. I called 4 times Friday and left messages with the after hours line and I never received a call back. They finally called me back Monday morning with zero apology. I would have gone all weekend without the prescription because they would not return my call (thankfully I utilized the portal, accessed my documents, and took the report to another pediatrician). I had heard of this happening to other patients but I didn't believe them because we have not had issue with Dr. White's office. We will be moving offices because of the lack of trust (and apology) from Dr. White's office."

"Seeing I live all the way off of rayford in Harmony. The staff said if I showed up 15 minutes after my appointment it would be fine. I was running behind and still made it there after 15 minutes of the appointment. They decided to reschedule me even though I had a logical reason. A doctor's office for a child should not be the stressful. We've been going to Dr. White since she was a new pediatrician at another practice. This is just sad for me due to the fact that we've used her for a long time and it takes her front office staff to ruin that. Dr. White, if you read these, please review your front office staff and the way they treat customers, so you don't lose any more patients."

"Dr. White might be a great doctor but her front office staff is HORRIBLE. Another highly accredited doctor referred me to this practice for Dr. White bc she accepts insurance. Well, after my initial call with the front of the house, I said No Thank you. I have heard very abusive behavior stories from other parents in the area pertaining to the front desk staff after I expressed my issues. It’s a shame…. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else."

"What a complete and utter disaster this practice is…Jean or Jeannie was short tempered from the onset, both at my daughters mother, and employees. Obviously, as a father, your natural instinct is to protect your child’s well-being, and she did nothing to defuse the situation, and instead escalated everything!!! Dismissing my child’s visit as “ just a well check” and then hanging the phone up on me. Followed by yelling across the lobby in front of other parents with children as my daughter is crying at her mother. I called back and spoke to a very nice lady, however, no progress was made. She did apologize for the idiot helping her prior, but that doesn’t fix the fact that my daughter did not get to see a doctor today. How are you good the idiot then decides to holler across the lobby just cancel the appointment and essentially kicks my daughter and mother out of the office. Obviously, we will not be back, and we will be sharing this experience for what was once future referrals. If for some reason, my daughter is not “well “I will be holding the idiot in the practice liable!!! Again, my daughter’s 10th birthday was spent in a doctors office, which made her cry uncontrollably due to incompetence and unprofessional staff! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE IF YOU’RE EXPECTING PROFESSIONALISM AND/OR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!"
