"I don’t even like leaving bad reviews but after buying a vehicle for 65k it feels a little more personal that a dealership doesn’t make effort to take care of their customers. We traveled an hour to buy the vehicle. Once we got it home and checked out, the brakes on the car we purchased needed replaced (my husband is an ASE master mechanic) i contacted our salesman who said they checked out fine during their inspection and they would be at our cost. My husband has worked at dealerships for many years in his career and knows this is common practice to pass off a used car as “okay” if the repair is expensive. The brakes will cost us $3000 to replace as they are performance brakes. Obviously Deery didn’t want to front this bill so they checked it off as good to go in their inspection and now it’s our bill to pay."
