"Terrible customer service. I went to the service department, there were 4 people ahead of me. One person said he had been waiting for 45 minutes. The worker put a sign up that said he would be back from lunch at 2:00- it was 2:10 and everyone was still waiting. I went to the service desk and she said the worker is on break and it will still be a while. I told her there were lots of people waiting and he said he would be back at 2:00- she said sorry and shrugged her shoulders."

"Unreal trying to get a gun here! I understand the need to get confirmation about whether you can own one or not however the characters at this farm King are oblivious to the process! I must have spent an hour with them and I got sent back and forth to the front and back. I just gave up and said forget it! Terrible service! And I am fully legal to have a gun. Just a bunch of unmotivated people. Also the other day this girl named Angie was soooo freaking rude when I went in the other day. I'm officially done with farm King"

"Got a couple goofy t-shirts on clearance for $2 a piece! Best deal I've ever gotten there considering your merchandise is well over priced. Not much help back in the ammo section either. The cashier was polite and friendly."

"Terrible customer service from the automotive service department. Everytime I have had to bring a car in for something they have overtightened whatever they are working on. My sister brought her car in for an oil change 3 months ago and have the sticker on the window from them, they tightened the oil drain plug so hard and rounded it off you can't even remove it with a ratchet and breaker bar, I called them and they basically told me I have no proof they did the oil change and they won't do anything for me."
