"Three staffers never moved from behind the counter. No greeting. A simple hello would have yielded a sale today. Sadness. I actually found two tea pots I wanted to buy. However, as an amputee, I did not trust myself to get the pots from the shelf alone. When I approached the counter for assistance, one of the young ladies engaging in conversation with the other two asked me to please give them a minute. Kudos to management for enforcing masking and social distancing."
