"Incompetent staff and Memorial Hermann Medical group billing is the absolute worst! They sent a claim in to my insurance for my 6 month old and had me listed as the patient.. Guess what it was declined and then they did ZERO to help resolve the matter and then told me they wouldn’t schedule any more visit until I paid… I’ve called 3 different times explaining their error and they can’t seem to get it figured out.. We will be changing doctors."
