"Very very uncultured and unkind front desk personnels . I don’t know how to describe them. Please hire some good receptionist that has good training/ certification to handle human relation. I cried while leaving this office. For some reason they feel nothing for you even when they are at fault, their quack manager will try to turn it against you. You can’t be a good doctor without proper time management. Thats a disaster. I went for 11:00am appointment and the doctor came out to see me around 2:30. What in world makes them think you gat nothing else to do but to sit and wait for them endlessly. This is not a one time experience. I had this experience on multiple occasions. They are so unprofessional. Lord have mercy."

"The Doctor On this Hospital are so AMAZING… but man the front office lady’s are so RUDE!!! all the time its been almost a year dealing with these people attitude. But you can only take much.The only reason that keeps me going to them are the Doctors otherwise I would never come back here. This is awful"

"This is so hard to review. Let me preface with these doctors are AMAZING!! I absolute love each physician we've seen. However I can NOT stand the front desk ladies! They are so rude!!!!!!!! Appointments have become so scarce and 9/10 times you call and wait on hold for 10 plus minutes. We started with this group in 2020 and we used to easily get same day sick appointments. Now even when calling first thing in the morning you can get anything. I called today, at 920 normally I call at 8 when they open(and still have to go to urgent care because they don't have anything) but I've had a baby that's been throwing up since midnight. The woman that answered said ma'am you're calling at 920 all the appointments are gone. About a year or two ago they turned over all the front office staff and since then service has gone waaaayyyyy down hill!! I've been trying to hang on because I love our doctors and so do our kids. But I think I'll be leaving. And I hope the doctors realize the front desk is the reason for that. Edited to add... Billing is a disaster I'm consistently being told I have an outstanding balance and it takes MULTIPLE people to try to explain what the charge is. Today they said there's no actual statement but it's a missing copay(which I paid) and a charge from a Dr we did not see."

"This was my first visit at this hospital. I brought two of my children to Dr. CHEYENNE MCLAUGHLIN, MD ( pediatrician). She was so wonderful and kind. Very educated. They took care of my children almost right away. The nurses were very nice too. I highly recommend CHEYENNE MCLAUGHLIN, MD to be your pediatrician. You won’t regret it. The parking lot is a little bit busy. Try to come a little bit earlier than your appointment."
