"Normally since they make your food fresh you wait for what seems like forever. They were so slow one night they offered me a pint of ice cream as a consolation for the extremely long wait. HOWEVER, the last time I was there they were amazingly quick. I barely got into my pull ahead and wait spot and here came the food. Great improvement Culvers I hope you keep it up."

"Coming from someone who worked there, it’s a disaster. How the two managers, Gabby and Jess, treated their employees is wrong. Whenever something didn’t go according to plan, Gabby would threaten to write the staff up. And Jess has one of the worst attitudes, especially. Between the backhanded comments they’ll give; to the threatening remarks, I wouldn’t recommend working here at all. I also would recommend eating there either!! They have cockroaches all over. When I worked on the custard, the roaches would crawl all over the machines! It was repulsive. I don’t know what’s more repulsive the roaches for management or the literal cockroaches."

"Update July 1, 2021 Gave Muscatine Culver's another try- Great drive through experience! Person was super patient as I had trouble hearing them. Perfect cheeseballz, excellent mushroom and Swiss- grilled cheese was spot on. 2 stars because they have great cheese balls. The sourdough- is horrid. Tasteless onions that are not fully caramelized top it on my list of "things to never ever eat again, ever". Drive through service was abysmal. Didn't repeat order back + no screen to see what was ordered + nonexistant printing in received receipt = surprise! wrong order when they bring it to the car. The price is so high that I thought the order was correct..."
