"We love Dr. Shepard and her nurses! Her front office staff and manager in particular are, however, less than professional. Many mixed messages and confusing phone calls later led us to leave the practice after 12 years. Unfortunately one bad apple (the office manager Marissa) spoiled the whole bunch. I felt as though I my children and I were caught in the crosshairs at the end of someone’s bad day. The way I was spoken to on the phone was without empathy, respect, or even simple clarity. If you can handle dealing with her front office staff’s poor attitude to get to the doctor, then the doctor is worth your time!"
