"So apparently there are thieves in the Corporate office & in the front office. How do you charge someone a $50.00 NSF fee simply because they paid with a credit card & not through the online portal? I was late on my December rent. I was told when I went into the office to inform them that I would be late, that I would have to pay January rent as well since the payment would be after the 25th. So I made the payment of 1,798.04 in full with a credit card on January the 1st. On the 5th of January I get an email bout the NSF fee. I called the office spoke to Beth regarding the NSF fee. I asked her did they receive the payment on the 1st? she said yes but that corporate charge me the fee. Ok I emailed corporate (Mia) who is suppose to be corporate. She apparently called Beth to discuss the issue. I’m not sure what they spoke about, but when Beth called me she told me that she couldn’t waive the NSF fee, but she would unblock me so I could set up payments with the Flex pay. See that way the company would get their payment on the 1st of the month. Every year I renew they go up on rent but have nothing else to offer. Every winter I have to do a hundred work orders bout my heat. In the summer I have to do two hundred work orders bout my A/C. Every since Ms.Sherry & Ms.Candice left, the only two people that actually cared bout the residents this property has gone all they way down. Stray cats everywhere, at the pool chilling more then the residents. I worked in the apartment industry for 6years so I know that the NSF fee could have been waived. It’s evil people like them getting over on people that made me get out of the industry. But they think people are stupid & don’t know any better. When the pandemic hit they passed out eviction notices to pay or get out. Now why would they do this when our country was in a crisis? When clearly it was on the news that no properties could evict any residents. Then on top of that, if we owed a balance we couldn’t use our cover parking until the balance was paid, but they was still charging us. I called the office spoke with Jade regarding it. She said that it was corporate policy. Once again thieves!!!! This company & the property management needs to be investigated asap. I can only wonder how many people they have gotten over on that didn’t know any better. But then again they think it’s they world we live in."

"I lived there for 4 years. I would suggest you look elsewhere. Unless you want to pay upwards of $300 a month for electricity in the summer because the air conditioner runs nonstop and it's still 85 in your little apartment. But of course maintenance says nothings wrong with the ac, that the buildings are old and there is NO insulation!!. I lived across from a building that caught fire in January and when I moved out, June 30th, it still sat with nothing done to it. It smelled and had parts of the building falling off every time the wind blew. Health Hazzard. Always had to go somewhere else to wash laundry because management would never fix the laundry room. Terrible condition. Bugs were definitely a problem. Cars getting broken into, or tires being stolen. Gated community is a joke, the gates were ALWAYS broken. The last 2 years was the worst when they started letting anyone rent. People outside fighting at 3am was very common. No courtesy patrol. This place was just a joke. The old management was WAY BETTER than what's there now!! Glad I moved."

"You get what you pay for. nice manager but building and parking lot are very old and out of date a lot of damages in the apartment as well as holes . I personally had a bug problem because I was on the first floor"

"Ashley Crest was a good place to live for the price. Staff is kind and attentive to maintenance and the needs of their apartments. However, the reason I am not giving 5/5 stars is they ended up charging me extra for a tub resurface which they stated they “do for all units” when they knew the tub had a previous leak months in advance. I do think the owners could make this place better if they would tear down the burned building and do more thorough and better maintenance to their units. I feel I was charged for some things unrelated to me in the end as one thing I deem for sure (the tub) as wear and tear and their maintenance isn’t the best quality overall but ok. I had a leaky kitchen faucet replaced (top & underneath the sink), bath tub leak and vent falling off replaced in all only 10 months really. A lot of small repairs had to take place unfortunately in my case. So long as your apartment is very clean no issues with pests."
