"I think this Starbucks needs people that actually care about their customers especially customers of COLOR!!!. Me, my husband and sister came in earlier today to get some work done and the minute we came in these two fat employees (females) were watching my husband the whole time as if he was some criminal coming in there. My husband was feeling a little off today but thought he could make it by. He ended up passing out and was feeling sick. The two fat employees did absolutely NOTHING!!! Except give him water. I watched as they were both smirking and laughing and with another employee who was a male who takes out the garbage. They didn’t call the ambulance nor ensure if he was okay further. We will not be coming back here anymore. This is how they treat people of color and if we want to we could sue this whole company. Unacceptable"

"Neither bathroom had soap to wash your hands. The coffee I ordered wasn’t what I got. It tasted like the beans had been swapped and I didn’t get the Verona I ordered. They also left my coffee sitting to the side. My wife had her coffee and we waited for a while before they asked what the other coffee we were waiting on, which was the swapped around not Verona blend."

"Horrible service! Now I see why this got bad reviews. Do not go here at all. If you really want starbucks, go to another one."

"First they take. Raspberry sauce away now they took peach juice away. What’s gonna be next to Starbucks? Why do you keep taking all the popular stuff away you just lost me as a customer. The only drink I ever get from there is the pink drink and I like to add vanilla, sweet, cold foam, light ice, raspberry sauce, or peach juice and now neither of them are available so they won’t get my service any more."
