"My car had no CD player so I went there to see if it was possible to get a portable one to use in the car. First associate showed me systems to install in dash. Another at the Geek squad desk said there is no such thing. He asked another associate who barely looked up from his phone and agreed. I left. I found out Best Buy has them on line but I had already gotten one on ebay."

"Absolutely terrible customer service! One of the people working there misspelled my first name even after looking at my driver's license, as well as my email after looking at my email address on the phone. As a result, we received no confirmation emails. We tried to talk to the same person and the assistant manager on duty and, as it turned out, there was no way to receive emails anymore. The assistant manager was rude, disrespectful and did not care at all that we wanted to file a complaint against her. She instructed everybody in the store to not talk to us while we were trying to determine how to receive emails for our purchase. She repeated on numerous occasions that she did not care about us complaining to "corporate" and even encouraged us to do it but said that there was no manager above her to talk to at the store. We called the corporate office on the next day and they seemed concerned, hopefully something will happen about our horrible experience. We are still discussing with the corporate office our experience and they gave us some tools to file a complaint against that specific assistant store manager. We are hopeful that something will happen to that assistant store manager because, once again, she showed no respect to us whatsoever and was rude and extremely disrespectful from the beginning."

"Got some very good guidance on the technical aspects of two HDTVs I was deciding between. Mercedes delivered very responsive and proactive customer service over the phone, combined with deep product knowledge. Happy to buy a quality TV here at a reasonable price."

"I visited this store to pick up an order. There were couple of executives at the entrance who never greeted the customers who were visiting the store. They were busy in chitchatting and checking their mobiles. When I asked a daily about the pick up counter, then she pointed me to the right direction. The lady at the pick up counter was rude as well. She was also busy in chitchatting with the geek squad. She didn’t bother to say Hi or greet the customer. On top of all these things, she started pronouncing my name wrongly and also brought a wrong product. She was kind of laziest person in the store. Looks like she hates her job. I am giving 3 stars because of the product I received from the store."
