Pediatric Cardiology Care

"Dr. Williams was great! He was very thorough and explained all results clearly. We were very satisfied with the service we received from him. If I were rating only him I would be giving 5 stars with no doubt. Now the bad side of this practice, I received a call giving me an estimate of cost due at time of service (over $400) I asked for the codes of the services that would be provided. I contacted my insurance to obtain my benefits for these codes and my insurance would cover them 100% all I would be responsible for would be my specialist copay. I called the insurance department and left a voicemail for someone to call me back, no one ever did. When I received a reminder call a few days before my son’s appt I explained to the person the situation, they stated the insurance had been rechecked and the same benefits applied. We paid the total amount due at time of service, I received my EOB today and my insurance paid the entire visit. I was only responsible for my co-pay. I have contacted the office and they stated they hold refunds for 30-60 days. Do yourself a favor and check your own benefits before coming here. Will update this review once I get a call next month as they stated."

"We saw Dr. Williams and Mayra today for a concern with our 16 month old. We were able to get an appointment without waiting long, were seen right away, and taken care of so well! Mayra was so patient and sweet with my little one who wanted nothing to do with the stickers on her chest! Dr. Williams was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer our many questions! The exam was thorough and left me feeling comforted. Highly recommend!"
