"Dry, stale, lifeless food. Frosties still taste okay. Kinda deserted in there. Employees are welcoming enough but seem like they’d rather be anywhere else. It’s a fast food joint, don’t expect it to be any good, because it’s garbage."

"I have never had such a horrible experience with any fast food restaurant in my life! They got my order wrong multiple times. I live 20 minutes away, they tell me to drive all the way back to get it fixed. It would have cost me more in gas to get it. The management was horrible to deal with. It took 5 phone calls to speak to the general manager to just get coupons to even get what I wanted. Seriously the worst customer service I have ever had. I am never going back to that location."

"This took the cake so here’s my honest review . My wife brought me this because I ask for no ice, and when she asked why it wasn’t full the lady said that’s what it is because “no ice”. As if there isn’t a button to manually fill it up. I subject myself to this place far too often, as maybe once a month is more than the amount of business they deserve. It seems the requirement for employment is to be as crusty and depressed as possible. You have to treat your customers as if they are scummy beggars who pay you for what you call service. This place is an embarrassment and the owners should be so ashamed of the atmosphere they create with the people they choose to employ."

"This Wendy's is good. They are faster than the average Wendy's. Some of the employees are quite rude. But Autumn, one of the Managers is the Best. She made sure that we had what we needed and the one thing that was incorrect, she made sure it was resolved in a quite fast time."

"Drove away today at 930 when no one bothered to take my order or the person in front of me. staff in store and even walking out loading cups or something into their car. Wish I could say this is a one off but I've driven away from this location before due to how slow they are to even take orders let alone prep them. Slowest fast food, and I'm pretty patient having worked in food service before. My orders are rarely correct, mixed up or missing things. This is unacceptable given how expensive this "fast" food is."
