"Do not recommend Dr. Browning. We waited months for our son to see him as a new patient. By the time we got him in, his eczema had improved significantly on its own, but we took him in for severe cradle cap. He did not perform any physical exam (did not even touch my son or ask us to show him anything on his body) at the two visits with him. You can't diagnose without actually putting your eyes on the child. Secondly, he prescribed a huge tub of hydrocortisone and literally told us to lather our son from head to toe in steroids for 5 days/week x 6 weeks (unnecessary given the eczema had mostly resolved). Our son was 5 MONTHS old. Because of Dr. Browning's poor care, our son experienced symptoms of Topical Steroid Withdrawal (like others have mentioned)."

"I do not recommend dr. Browning to anyone and he doesn’t deserve even 1 star of rating because my daughter 3 years of age was left traumatized because of him. She used to like to go to dr.appointments and had no issues until she was seen 2 nd time by dr. Browning. First time was to remove a hemogioma on her head and 2 time in his office for follow up. She had glue that was placed after the removal procedure, and had her hair growing under the glue , the glue was just like floating above stuck to hair but had a lot growing under. He just grabbed the hole patch of glue with hair and yanked it off. She was left crying so hard of pain and all her hair pulled out from the area includind roots of hair.Instead of just cutting the hair that was stuck to glue. I told him why he did that and he said that the fastest way. He had no consideration to her because she a young child he did not care that that would cause great pain to have a whole patch of hair yanked out.I am sure if it were his child he would have never done such a thing. My daughter now cries every time she sees any doctor now and is very scared of doctor and no longer has trust for any doctor because of dr. Browning.Also, Her procedure was back in January 2023 and dr. Browning proscribed an antibiotic the day of procedure to prevent an infection but he proscribed one that is associated with causing problems. My daughter was attempted to the hospital twice already and still having problems with c diff. She got to the point that she could not even walk anymore because if an infection in her hips caused by c diff which was caused by that antibiotic he had given her. My daughter could have lost her legs or even died because of him. Do not let this dr. care for your child because someone like him should not be seeing children or even adults. Worst nightmare to have been there."

"TEXAS DERMATOLOGY/ Med Spa I have Photo Therapy treatment. I am retired Military and have had treatment in different States with good staff everywhere, but never such GREAT care like Texas Dermatology has done. They have always worked with my appointments , and I especially appreciate the above and beyond help with my referrals. She among others are always kind and courteous and make the vist warm and welcoming. I have spoke with other people while waiting in a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing waiting room and have heard nothing but Praise about Texas Dermatology. I surprisingly ran into an acquaintance who lives 150 miles away. This is worth the travel time. I could go on... Texas Dermatology, I sincerely Thank y'all for the Professionalism and kindness."

"Dr. Browning was so kind to see me when I had urgent situation arise. He listened carefully to my concerns and did an exam and the lab tests necessary to be certain of his diagnosis with a rush on the results since we had a trip scheduled. I always receive wonderful care from Dr. Browning!"

"Doctor Browning was in room for very short of time, did not have much interaction . My kid spent more time with nurse who checked her in. It was more of in and out process with new prescription. If you are looking for someone who shows care, sympathy, more attentive or even try to build doctor patient relationship, I would not recommend him."
