McDonald's

"Our drive-through order was short on sandwiches and cold. I was told to come back, and they would comp the whole meal (we would have been happy with just the hot fresh sandwiches missing from our order). When going through the drive the second time, it wasn't anywhere what we ordered at all , all we wanted was the sandwiches they omitted from our order. We received the 2 omitted sandwiches (semi warm) fries which were hot, an old cold apple pie ( both not part of the order) my husband felt it was a rude gesture and came home hungry and unhappy with the whole experience. Being an off the interstate access restaurant, they probably depend on people not checking orders and not making the trip back to get a corrected order. It all starts at the top, and management is failing its employees and customers."

"No salads , which was disappointing. Also no service to the table, which was odd as ordering thru the kiosk said to take a 29 plack and sit down."

"I’m a truck driver I walked over from the truck stop next door and the cashier automatically assumed I was homeless because I had my laundry in a plastic bag. Proceeds to speak to me like I’m a piece of trash and ontop of that mess my whole order up. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. These are the people that demand more money per hour. Hopefully they get replaced by machines."

"Terrible service. Took a few minutes for the worker to take my order. She told me to pull to window 1. Spent about 4 minutes at window one, no one showed up. Went to window 2. Spent about 4 minutes at window 2. I could see 4 employees inside chatting, but no one came to the window at all, so i drove away. Never going here again. By the way, i was the only one in the drive thru, so it shouldnt have gone that way. It was very slow."
