"Everything started out great, prompt responses and assistance with purchasing a vehicle and living 80 miles away. 300 miles later and the rear brakes were making noise, took it to local Ford dealer and brakes and calipers were junk on a vehicle with less than 35,000 miles. Manager was unwilling to stand behind the car or cover any of the repair bill. Disappointing to say the least. Definitely got the "will never see you again" service."
