"Curbside pickup took 20 minutes. Had to call and ask about order. Brought me out cold food. Where's the bacon on my biscuit what's with the crumbles?"

"This might be the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever visited - solid 20 minutes from order screen to receiving food and still had to go inside for missing/incorrect items where someone else was also retrieving missing/incorrect items. Save yourself the time and go to the grocery store, buy and season a ribeye, and grill it yourself in the time you’ll make it out of this McDonalds."

"Horrible service, hour long lines, old food, they forget about you in curbside, took my money and have to wait 10 days to get it back, stole my rewards points and never came out to give me the order and couldn't go in because they were remodeling, you ask for extra ice, you get less than if you didn't say anything at all, never have ice-cream, shakes, their app shows they have items that they don't have after you already paid, and after all the wait time, if you do get lucky, you'll get a small portion of your order and it will be old and hard to eat anyway. You go in, and not an employee in sight will make eye contact or ask if you need any help whatsoever. They have kiosks they want you to use and i will never understand how they think the elderly would ever be able to come close to understanding how to use the things..I can say if you go at the crack of dawn, there are some nice employees and you get thru the line quicker. Don't go here after noon. It's best to save your money and go to another McDonald's. This place hands down sucks worse than any McDonald's in rockford and I always thought the Central location was bad. Nothing compared to 11th street.. this place should be shut down sadly."

"The worst McDonald’s you could ever go to. do not waste your time they mess up your order every time and you have to go back in just to get all your food I never do reviews but I will for this place and the staff is very rude. They should hire a new GM at this point so the place can get better."

"Ordered our food online and waited over 35 minutes! The food came out cold and the ice and the drinks melted! Missing over half of our order and two drinks. The girl that look like Shrek's wife didn't even say sorry for the wait she just handed the bags over not saying anything. I understand that McDonald's is a dead-end job and nobody wants to be there but how hard is it! This McDonald's still owes me a triple cheeseburger from the last time, when I get home I called three times no answer. They should do the world a favor and close this location since they have another McDonald's that is less than a mile down the road."
