"While in the drive through I waited well over 30 minutes. The car in front of me waited almost 10 minutes to pay. Absolutely unacceptable! I just wanted some hot coffee. Couldn’t pull away either because there wasn’t any room until i had already waited 20 minutes. Never coming here again."

"Went for water, but bought a coffee cup. The only problem is that the top is not spilled proof, so I burned myself, shaking it up. It looks nice, but not worth $30."

"My wife ordered herself a specialty drink, they gave her literally all ice. Once I said something they just removed ice and gave her a partially full drink. On top of that they took over 10 minutes for my Frappuccino while their location was empty and not busy at all. They normally never disappoint but today I have to admit it was horrible and It seemed the employees much didn’t care of our concern."
