"Spoke with individual about a certificate that was won in a drawing. Due to living out of state I only return to this area every 8/10 weeks. Was advised to come whenever I returned and pick up my gift card. I arrived to the store today and was assisted by a sweet lady who was filling in at the location. She then requested assistant from another women working at the store. She was loud and rude in the back of the store before coming to the front of the store. She spoke with me about how it is my fault I didn't retrieve it and had an attitude about it. Unfortunately I left the store without spending any money. I would have still purchased shoes given another option. Someone who once worked in retail the customer should leave feeling satisfied. This was not the case. A response of sorry we don't have your gift card at this time, we can offer you a percent off would have likely still gotten them a sale. Tone and kindness go a long way."
