"I do most of my shopping in the app and then go to the local store to basically pick things up. I don't have to engage with the staff all that often, so I can't speak too much on how helpful they are. However, every interaction I HAVE had with them has been pleasant. As for the store itself, it's brand new so it's still pretty clean. Hasn't really had a chance to be a mess yet lol. They have always had the things in stock when the app says its in stock. I've never had much access to a HF until this store opened, but I always wondered (and still do) how they sell stuff so cheap? I always assumed everything was just really cheap junk. This, I have since learned, is not always the case. I have actually been impressed with the quality of many items I have gotten from there. No its not "top tier" but it's always been good enough for my purposes. As a for instance, I needed a hammer drill for something I was doing, but didn't want to spend the money on a DeWalt one (to fit my existing platform) since I wasn't sure if I'd ever really use it again. The one I got did exactly what I needed it to do and I have since used it for other things I didn't realize I could. It's done everything I've asked it to do at 1/3 of the cost. Anyway, HF may not sell "the best" of anything. But everything the do have is serviceable and works well enough for most average people who aren't running construction companies or something."
"great selection of tools at a great price. it's amazing how much stuff they have"
"It is a nice harbor freight when it comes to selection and the store itself. The crew that seems to always be there is about worthless. If they had some staff with experience that could actually process exchange's that would be wonderful. Multiple crew members milling about but unable to point to where items are located. They claim to be unable to wheel and deal on the returned/open box items. Other HF’s are more than willing. Maybe with time the store will improve. If you plan on making a large purchase I’d recommend going to Freeport. They will help you out. Edit: store is much better now that’s its established. You have to know which staff members are helpful and which to stay away from."
"Store is like a toy store for adults especially men prices are great but it's an addicting place my bf thinks he has to go everyday lol"
"This place is absolutely great. I mean a person going there once or twice a week and just hitting the purple tags (sales) could put together a well rounded set of tools in a couple months. They seem to have a little something of everything for everybody. I was surprised at the variety for the size of the store. Well it seems as though you have to get there early If I go there about 5:30pm a lot of the purple tickets are sold out they really do move a products there. And they also have a variety of price range. you can get cheaper items that will get the job done or get high end items that will last a life-time. The only thing I've experienced there that was less than satisfactory is sometimes check out can be a little slow but I'm sure that'll change with time still fairly new."
