"Order on line next time! My initial shopping experience here was awesome a couple weeks ago. Cute clothes. Great assistance from the sales staff. Unfortunately, I had to make a return of 4 items today. The sales staff was beyond rude (not both of you!) and would not listen. My $4.00 extra purchase has wound up costing me a $44 charge on my credit card. No amount of condescension as she “tried to show me line by line” makes up for the overall poor service. I’d pay the $40 extra to get out of the store. Sad!"
