"Normally I don't leave bad reviews. When I do, it's because I hope that the Owners/Management see mine and the culmination of all the other equally bad reviews and make appropriate adjustments. Well this has happened- except it's gone in the wrong direction! This store has now gone from frustratingly bad to just plain AWFUL. This time, as I sat waiting over 15 minutes for a PLAIN cheeseburger for my dog- I watched the ice cream sundaes I had also ordered, turn into puddles of melted blobs. I asked them to make them again- still waiting for the dog chow. The very young girl working the window literally said to me "It's not MY PROBLEM"and asked me to move to the waiting area. Yeah, I moved. I moved right off their lot and I won't be back."
