Read one of their reviews & decided not to call them since the reviewer didn’t have a good experience with the manager. "If I could give this business 0 stars I would. My boyfriend had sent me flowers yesterday through this business and when I received them today, they were dead and flimsy with only 3 carnations in the bouquet. The woman who had delivered them was dressed in a hoodie and sweats vs. an actual uniform of any sort. When I called to let them know how disappointed I was in the flowers, the woman on the phone then started giving me an attitude, while telling me there was absolutely nothing wrong with them and that is how they should feel/look. I have had flowers sent to me from Lundstroms in Sterling PLENTY of times by my mother as she lives thousands of miles away.. I am no scientist but flowers of any kind are NOT supposed to look the way they did. When I called, I immediately had asked for a manger to speak with. During the phone call to this woman (Named Stacy who is apparently the Manager) I had asked her the business name as well as the address for the business. She refused to give it to me for whatever reason which seemed pretty sad as a business manager that she claimed to be. I asked twice for the address and she questioned me. I had to look it up myself while on the call and had her confirm it. Then she had asked why I wanted it. I just don’t see why it was so difficult to give me a business address, as a business manager. On their site it says “if you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price”, well I had gotten the opposite of that and very rude about it too. Everyone at work also had made comments that they didn’t seem great. I made my boyfriend tell me how much he paid and it was a total of $50. Definitely not worth it and told him and will be telling others to not go to this business for any orders."
