"I went there today, to buy Christmas ornaments and to support my local Hallmark. The tall skinny older woman with a grey bob haircut was less happy to wait on me and I have no idea why. She seemed so courteous with everyone else. Maybe the wrong color, or because I am not a local. One of the delicate glass ornaments was just tossed in the bag. I asked for a box and she tossed me a little box....gee whiz...I don't know if I will go back because I certainly don't appreciate it....I've been in there a few tes before and the younger ladies we decent. I am 53, don't deserve that."
