"I bought a pair of size 1 Jordans for a friend in Phoenix, AZ. After further inspection of the shoes upon arriving in Phoenix one shoe is a size 1 the other shoe is a size 1 1/2. I was only visiting Iowa so I can't return to the store. There are no Hibbets in Phoenix, AZ. So not only the shoes can't be returned, I'm out $70 even I have the receipt and my friend has the gift receipt. I don't think I will shop at this store again. Not only did I purchase a product that can't be used, they can't be returned. I need my $70 back."
"Small store and straight to the point... they sell shoes and sports gear. My oldest child was looking for a new pair of shoes and found them immediately upon walking through the door. A fresh pair of Jordan's sitting on a table as we entered. Four Styles to choose from and affordable. The employees were nice and helpful. The place was clean and maintained. We had no hiccups or issues and we will back to shop again in the future."
