I ended up doing the repair myself but it was nice to get a professional opinion on what needed to be done. They were prompt and very courteous and able to get us in sooner than originally planned. We have used them before for AC repair and water main repair and will continue to use them in the future. Very nice people and at a reasonable price."

"Late to job compared to what I was told, no one would answer cost prior to job being done. I paid travel time and travel time for plumber to get a drain cleaning tool when it was clear I had a plugged drain, total time on job sight 45 minutes, charged me nearly 10 dollars per minute! Had to pay, no receipt! I have been to shop several times to work something out , just get a run around over three weeks waiting for a call to work something out, always an excuse, never a call, 400 dollars to run a snake down drain , I feel completely ripped off, still 3 weeks later no explanation or receipt!!! And zero customer consern, highly recommend to avoid use here."
