"What a joke this company is. Giving them the one star to write this review is a fallacy and indeed undeserving to them. A negative collection of stars is more fitting. But nonetheless... I called about a repair on my dishwasher. They sent out a repair man, to be honest, they came to my house on 3 occasions telling my wife that they ordered the wrong piece for my dishwasher every single time. She was told they would call back asap when the right part arrived. This was on the third visit and as they were leaving. I never received that call... so, after a month of waiting, I decided to give them a call. The guy that answered the phone said he had that repair order written off as complete. I said "How? My dishwasher is still broken." He replied, "How do I know you didn't break it again?" What a Slime ball!! My rebuttal was, "Because I would be calling you to repair it for me not complaining that the work wasn't completed." This guy (Slime ball) said he would look into it and give me a call back. No response. Months later now, still no response. I have given up on them and will never use their services and I will tell anyone and everyone I know not to go there as well. Every chance I get. Until I die. My dishwasher was never repaired and they got paid by the previous owners of my home. I'm sitting on a broke down dish machine still and the repair was paid for and never completed. Horrible customer service. Horrible workmanship. Horrible company. Horrible experience all together."

"These guys were very helpful and even though they don't deal with samung products, they helped me anyway and fixed my samsung washer for me, granted it took a hot minute to get service done, which wasn't there fault, things happen, and it's hard to have someone at home for them to get the work done. I'd like to give a big shout out to Tim and Damen in the service department, very understanding people and they even charged me less then they quoted me. Highly recommend them for you washer and dryer needs."

"Had a great experience purchasing a new range to replace our aging one. Price after install/delivery cost was lower than competitors. They even took away our old range. Scheduling worked out that they were able to install next day! The installers were great and knowledgeable about some features our old range didn't have. Will be going back for future appliances!"
