"I had a fabulous experience seeing Dr. Szeremeta! I was really nervous about seeing a doctor who might or might not have answers for my son, and Dr. Szeremeta was amazing. He gave us options for treatment, and he also educated us on each option. Not only was he wonderful, but the office manager, office staff, and the nurse were all so kind. I really wish more doctors and offices were like this one!"

"Dr. Moe is very sweet, thorough, and knowledgeable. He is great with the kids, and makes sure every angle of your kid’s care is covered. If you need preauthorization from your insurance, Pediatrix doesn’t normally submit it so you will have to follow up with the office until they submit it."

"This office does NOT care about your child. My daughter received tube surgery due to constant ear infections. Everything went great until we went in for her check up and she failed her hearing test. They wanted to wait 3 months and get her tested again. Waited for 3 months and they called and cancelled on her day of her appointment. Finally got in to see Dr but did not receive another hearing test due to audiologist being out. Rescheduled her hearing test a month from that and once again day of her appointment they called and cancelled on us again. I’m super disappointed for my child and in this office. I don’t know how this place even stays open treating people this way. We will now be waiting another 3 months to see another ENT to find out if my child can even hear us."

"We’ve been to 3 different ENT’s for care for our 3 children. This place is by far superior! Front office/administration was smooth & efficient. Easy paperwork & scheduling with reminders, friendly & understanding staff. Dr. Baker is outstanding. When it comes to our kiddos, we want the best & specialized in PEDIATRICS. It makes all the difference. There may be a delay to get seen for new patients, but if your issue is not critical as far as time, this practice is worth the wait."

"The 2 starts is based off the business aspect. Had a wonderful experience at this office with Dr. Baker she made our experience with our little one as stress free as possible and made sure we are at ease given everything that was going on with our son at that moment. She followed up with us on test and results even went over and beyond contacting us after hours & weekend call to check in we are very grateful for her and her assistant. I am extremely disappointed that we were reported to collections over a $50 dollar balance. I do honestly recall a bill that was received after treatment for a test that was conducted and billed to us after. I am fully responsible and admit i completely forgot to submit payment. A courtesy call, email, or text would have been a wonderful reminder verses regular mail. Texts and emails go out for a survey or reminder for copay payments it would also have been nice to have received one of those as another reminder. It is unfortunate billing can not do a bit more due diligence in reaching out to patients regarding issues like. Just recommending a more modern process be added in addition mailed statements."
