"My son has been a patient of Dr. Ramon since he was born , Dr Ramon has always provided great care for my son and knowledgeable in pediatric care. He has always been kind, and respectful I feel that he is not aware of how his staff does not follow through with referrals, which can be helpful to my sons health. and making sure that his patients are being taken care of. I have considered leaving his establishment because of the inconsistencies his staff have repeatedly done. I would like to make sure that Dr. Ramon is aware of what's going on in his office. This place has lost its perfectionism. He should be able to depend on a good staff. Do your homework people if you are looking for a good place to take your children."

"Dr. Ramon has been our boys' pediatrician for 18yrs. Our son had his last pediatric well-visit this year because he turned 18. It was bittersweet for me. Dr. Ramon is a wonderful physician. He always treats our sons with kindness. We know that he gives them the best care. His staff is always courtesy and prompt."

"Please don't go there. I have a really really bad and sad experience. Some nurse at Methodists hospital, were I delivered my son, recommended this doctor, but seriously don't go if you love your kids. My only and first born almost die at our home, he was 18 months old and wasn't able to walk a talk and doctor always said he is fine and then one day my baby start with a headache and doctor check and said I don't feel nothing and then he was getting worse not feeling well to eat, not playing he just want to be in bed, I bring a couples of times in 2 weeks and doctor just send me to do a mono test just that, and not even like emergency so I had to wait a long week for the results. But turns out when we had to bring our son to the ER and they found that day that he has a brain tumor and they tell us, he is not gonna make it. But thanks to God's grace and mercy he is alive and thank you to the Children's hospital of Christus Santa Rosa that he is doing better each day."

"Dr Ramon has been caring for my boys for 18+ yrs and always get wonderful service from nurses and staff. Love it when the Dr and his nurse Norma know my sons by name and history without looking at the chart. Never have aproblem scheduling an appt. And when i needed Dr Ramon in an emergency afterhours he personally called me and would follow up with me to see how my son was doing each and everytime. Love this place"

"My da ughter has been a pt there for 6 years now and at first I loved the clinic, there were only 2 doctors. Dr. Ramon and Dr. Johnson. Now they brought on 3 new docs and since then, they don't answer their phones, I've called about 10 times in a row during normal business hours and nothing.When I do go in the staff is very rude from check in to check out. Dr. Ramons nurse is not very friendly and needs to learn to smile. You work in a pediatric office no one asked you to apply, if you dont like your job then quit. Ive been trying to get an appt for a Friday and every time I call they say to call back next Friday because the schedule isn't done yet and she doesnt know what doctors will be working. So I called the following Friday and I was told the same thing by the same person!! I love Dr. Ramon but his office is falling apart. I'm taking my services elsewhere."
