"Whilst I maintain Waterford is a wonderful community, we have noticed while their requests are expected to be met with urgency (which we always meet), our own requests have gone repeatedly ignored. We have reached out by email and in person for all request and while some things we made do on our own (we emailed about difficulties registering vehicles and were met with no response and months later a tow warning). We have yet to receive a functioning gate code after visiting twice to fix this (7 months) though that is often not an issue because while a gated community was a priority to us, the gate has been out of order for large amounts of time, multiple times, including today and with no updates. Waterford has wonderful amenities and friendly faces but communication is not a priority here."

"Good place to make it home. This is my 2nd lease here. New management changing some policies, and i hope those will be for residents safety. Overall having great experience as a reseident. Maintenance team is really active & helpful, especially "Eduardo" is their Gem worker."

My children and I had an emergency and we thank God the Waterford was available. Also when I needed just one room (carpet) cleaned they went ahead and did the entire apartment."

"I must say my experience with the Waterford was a bit different, but Kailee went over and beyond to satisfy my expectations. The location of the complex is perfect, and the layout of the 2 apartments I viewed with Jenny were very nice. The property is small, clean, and seem to be quiet."

"We lived here for 2 years and Im so glad we are out! The sole reason we really chose this complex was because of the location and it was a little more affordable than the surrounding complexes, at the time. BIG MISTAKE. They ended up raising rent $200 per month with no additional amenities or services. They were trying to keep up with the competition around them in price but have nothing to show for it. All others have valet trash, Waterford does not. They even tried to fine us for having a bag of trash outside the door for a few hours before we made the trek to the dumpster on the other side of the place. They only have one dumpster for the whole complex and it always gets piled up with trash and leaves a really bad stench driving or walking by. (See attached photo). There is an enclosed spot for another dumpster on the opposite side of the complex, but they are too cheap to get another. The gym is subpar and small. The pool area has a TV and bar which we were told didnt work, so we never used it the whole time. The grills they have outside were constantly out of propane and couldnt be used. Even when they did have propane not all knobs on the grill worked. I couldnt grill with a full grill, just part of it. The fobs were hit and miss with the gates, they would work sometimes and some gates dont work at all. The front gate was ALWAYS out of order and wide open. We didnt feel secure with the fact that anyone can drive in with no fob or code. They charge extra for a garage that isnt even attached to your apartment. They charge extra for covered parking. We got all of that included in our new apartment and pay what Waterford raised their prices to last year. At the very least the previous management was attentive and friendly. Now its a new group who, in my opinion, are just there to satisfy the bottom line and the new owners. The new manager lady is a puppet and they have a revolving door of employees who are just as inept as the manager. She was trying to get into our apartment to "take pictures" before our move out date because she had new tenants 3 days after our moveout date. When we denied her she said we had to go to the office to sign something. When we went into the office after our move out date to "sign", she said we didnt have to sign anything. Not to mention, they are now trying to charge us for "clean up" trash that wasnt there (we have pictures to prove it) and a damaged drawer that maintenance said they would repair but never did. I will say that maintenance was generally friendly and prompt. That one star is for them! They deserve better management. It was just bad experience all around, new management will be the demise of this palce. This complex should be called the Money Grab at Summer Park. They are not getting my money anymore! STAY AWAY!"
