"I want to start by first saying the property is so unique and we love it because they’re like homes vs the normal complex’s. This is going to be our 7th year staying at this complex. The complex is so quiet, safe and clean! The playground and dog park are so awesome. We definitely enjoy all the amenities starting with the indoor basketball full half court and Movie Theater yes they have both and it’s freaking Awesome. I do have to add that the Staff is so nice and helpful with everything I’ve never had a bad experience with them in the office or the maintenance crew. I’d like to recognize Clark, Angela and Fatima for all the awesome work they do for myself and the other tenants. I’d also like to recognize Louis and Anthony for holding down the work orders for myself and the other tenants. I know quite a few tenants so we all speak highly of the team."

"RENTER BEWARE!!! UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!! I stayed on the property for about 1.5 weeks with a friend while my apt was getting renovated. During my stay I decided to attempt to book a tour to possibly just move here. The front office agent Fatima is the epitome of unprofessionalism and lacked basic customer service. While I inquired I was received as if I was a nuisance to her and her time. Despite the unwelcoming behavior Fatima presented I still went ahead and inquired. Fast forward my friend and I were abruptly greeted at her apartment by Fatima loudly and rudely knocking on my friends apartment door stating we were being too loud and the noise needed to settle. I’m an ER nurse and my friend is a school teacher…last thing we want to do it create or be around noise. Despite telling her that her lack of knowledge and comprehension that the noise was not coming from us, this wouldn’t be the only time she does this to us in the short time I stayed at my friends. My friend let the front office know what happened and they did absolutely nothing. My friend still lets me know about how Fatima has continued to basically harass her as well as other tenants that Fatima does not like. Clearly this property would rather hire an imbecile that ruins the comfort of calling a place home. Needless to say I kept my current apartment and helping my friend find a new apartment ASAP."

"Fatima has been great to work with every time! We have had multiple times where she has helped us out with any questions or concerns. The apartment exterior is kept clean and new looking too."

"Overall Great apartment complex, never had any issues. Been living here 4, I think almost 5 years now. And hopefully looking to transfer to a bigger apartment at this complex soon. Management has been nothing but good to us. Fatima has been great in helping us with all our questions and concerns. As well as Angela. I personally would recommend moving here."
