They take ages to respond, never directly answer my tour request, and then will randomly assign me a tour the same day after days of not responding without even checking my availability. I finally scheduled one of their random mid-day mid-week tours and drove all the way there on my lunch break because I was truly interested, just for no one to be there, answer the phone, or respond to text. Horrible management team, I would not choose to live here solely off of the fact that they already have a bad foundation."
