"PERFECT FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE!!! I understand that most people nowadays don't want to have kids and would much rather have dogs instead, but those of us who do have kids, want a place that is perfect for them. THIS IS THE PLACE. It has a small little playground where they can safely play and a pool where they can learn to swim. Best of all, everything feels spacious, even the parking lot, which doubles as an area where kids can learn to ride their bicycles and enjoy being kids like the good old days before smart phone addiction. The apartments feel extremely spacious, and they are very well built. They are nothing like the ones in Cypress where you can hear your neighbors breathe. Jaslyn and Jessica have done everything to keep this place looking great. They are also very professional and very well spoken. Overall, it is worth every penny."

"It’s been nothing but a nightmare since we moved in. One problem after another after another. We moved in at the end of June to qualify for the two free months. We came to sign the paperwork but the manager didn’t put us on her schedule so she was lost when we showed up. She asked us to come back in an hour because she had a meeting to attend. During this time she asked maintenance to go in and clean up and finish up some repairs. Needless to say all he did was mop over dirt. There was dirt all in the tubs, window sills, and wood dust from the construction. We toured the apartment as soon as we were done with the paperwork just to see that the apartment had water damage. We called her immediately. She shared that it was due to poor door sealing and that she would notify construction. She asked for a few days to complete this. That was fine since we weren’t going to start moving in for about two weeks. Well flash forward and it took nearly 6 weeks for them to come out and start the repairs but didn’t finish it for months. I had to beg and plead for them to finish so I could put my bed up. Since that was the wall that was being repaired we couldn’t put the bed up or block it. We have had nothing but issues with the internet, the remote gate access, the toilet in the master bedroom, trash being missed… the list goes on. And don’t try to call the emergency line, all it does is ring. I have sent emails, sent in the inventory list, and even spoke with management. But it’s no different then any other complex. They get you in here with promises to be a better place to call home but it’s not. I have lived in older apartments and haven’t had this much trouble. Communication sucks. Both holiday weekends, Fourth of July and a Memorial weekend the pool was closed without any notice. You would think if people could afford the rent they could afford a bathing suit but people still have guest swimming with clothes and the chemicals in the water go off balance so that leaves us with no pool for days. The management team calls this a job but for us, we call it home. So you would think that they would be more concerned and caring but they aren’t."
