"Just terrible the outside is so disgunting Pot holes everywhere TRASH everywhere They recently installed some extremely dangerous tire spikes in the exit gate instead of just FIXING the gate. Office staff is RUDE. Maintance issues all the time they never fix anything DO NOT RENT HERE"

"DO NOT LEASE HERE! DISGUSTING PLACE. Lived there’s 6 months. Maintenance is terrible they never get the job done and they just walk up into your apartment without permission (I WAS IN THE SHOWER HOME ALONE) and they never answer the phones when you try and call and talk to them I’ve been trying to contact them without having to see them in person for 2 years now AND THEY KEEP HANGING UP ON ME literally the worse place you can live. And they don’t have all the legal paperwork they need to be running that business Ik this bc my exs mom asked them when we lived there (she has the same job as them) ab certain paperwork and they had no idea what she was talking ab. They’re very rude to you and will not give you your money back."

"1st 6 MONTHS.... 1st apartment I leased and for one as cheap as this, Honestly not too bad. MOVE IN:Informed the office a month in advance I would be moving in, did a tour and was able to on my date. NEIGHBORS: can sometimes be a little loud but that's expected from apartment living. Nothing serious. ROACHES: are a slight issue, but keeping the living space clean and maintained while spraying/putting bait around can minimize that. APPLIANCES: they all are working fine, toilet is okay, but I have to hold the button for it to flush all the way, nothing serious. Sometimes but not frequent water or something gets shut off for maintenance, but it's only for a brief period. Again, nothing serious MANAGEMENT/STAFF: no complaints so far. I just pay my rent and utilities whenever it's due and go about my business. They send emails to remind people to pay their rent/ about the pool (which ends up being closed a lot, but it's probably because people tend to leave it dirty/ trash everywhere or something.. idk I can't swim so I don't go lmao). Sometimes I see them in a group going around the apartments picking up trash(that residents leave around), but the fact they still make an attempt holds weight. The gym is alright... Nothing too crazy but it stays open late so that's cool."

"I live in an apartment 18 the apartment is so trashy they don't pick up the trash they don't cut the grass they don't pick up the highways the floors are dirty. before I y'all need to do something about it before I go to Yelp"

"Absolutely the worst. Their communication skills are terrible even when communicating with their fellow co-workers. The outside of the apartments ARE DISGUSTING. Your dogs will get WORMS if you take them to the dog park. The pool does not get treated as often as they should. It takes forever for maintenance to fix anything. Students nor locals should stay here. Oh did I mention you won't get your security deposit back until months after you already moved out? Nobody knows really what's going on in that leasing office, they are just winging it."
