Papa Johns Pizza

"I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered 8 pizzas for a party I was having at 7 pm and our pizza tracker said it would be ready at 8:30. Our tracker app wasn't updating at all and paid $130 for all of this pizza for my party. We tried calling the number so many times with no answer and the automated voice advertising came up. At 9:30 we decided to go into the store to check on our order. There were 6 workers at least and they were all in the back screwing around. Their phone was ringing and they kept hanging it up on purpose. I asked the lady if our order was ready by chance and she told me they probably threw our ticket away. Really? I get they're busy, but they could have called me and canceled my order knowing they were busy and I would have understood just fine. But the tracker said they were preparing my order and my party was waiting for almost 3hrs and a lot of people began to leave. I will never order here again! We ended up going to Domino's and they got 6 pizzas ready hot and fresh in under 20 minutes!"

"I made an online delivery order and the food was delivered within the time frame but I ordered black olives and instead received green olives. I called the store and they said that they were out of black olives and someone decided to replace them with green and that I should've gotten a call asking what I wanted to to do. This was at almost 10 at night. I requested a new pizza and they said they would make it but they might not have a driver but I could pick it up. I reminded the manager that I already paid for delivery and put a tip on my card so they said they would deliver it. I called at 11:20 and the manager said that my pizza left at 11:15 I waited til 11:45 and called back and they wouldn't pick up my call. So I got a pizza they made incorrectly and no replacement and no phone call."

"The pizza was horrible, barely any sauce and a ton of cheese on top, not cooked properly. The garlic bread sticks had no garlic seasoning on them. None of the sauces that I had paid extra for were included. The only item that was decent was the wings. I'm not sure what has changed, but the food was barely edible."

"Not happy, what has changed? For starters their was way to much sausage on the pizza. They put the sausage under the cheese which caused the sausage to be undercooked and the pizza itself to be doughy and not done."

"Tasty, hot, fresh with pretty quick delivery. I ordered the Papa Pairings deal where two or more item are $6.99 each. I ordered around halftime of an NFL noon game on a Sunday and received the order before the 3rd quarter was over and the estimated delivery was 34 minutes so about as expected or sooner. I ordered the Pepperoni & Meatball Papadia with extra cheese (very meaty and delicious- and I was not charged more for the extra cheese either - nice!) and the 10pc Honey Chipotle Chicken Poppers (which had plenty of sauce on them and in the box and just the right amount of spice - I like spicy but not so much that it takes away from the flavor). There was enough food to share with another person or three, but I was solo so I saved some for lunch tomorrow.) The delivery driver was also friendly and courteous. The only negative is the $4.99 delivery fee, which kind of makes it hard to want to give a bigger tip to the driver. Still gave $4.00 for a tip since my brother (RIP) was a delivery driver for years and I get how much hard work they do and I like to tip - personal preference. Anyway, overall a good experience and great food and a pretty good value."
