"I recently had bought a washer and dryer set and I thought I had an issue with the washing machine. So the next day, I went back there and explained everything and that it just didn't sound like it should for a washing machine . I didn't know if I was just being paranoid or there was a legitimate problem. He wanted to schedule a time with me to come out and take a look at it himself. So he set it up for literally the next day and he showed up right when he said he was going to. He checked it out and stayed for an entire wash cycle. He assured me that everything was fine and the clothes came out like they should have. He said if there's any more issues to let him know but everything checked out okay. I tried giving him a little bit of money for his time and gas but he adamantly refused it and just said that he wanted to make sure everything was good. I couldn't ask for anything better from a small business. I highly recommend this place."
