"City base location is the worst !!!! Every time I come the wait is so long even in the room. The receptionist Julie is always rude in person and on the phone.. they really need to get it together and definitely need another receptionist cause she ain’t the one !"

"I am a new patient to this facility. First impression was that it’s very small. Not sure if it’s because this was my very first appointment with this office, but the wait was long. I arrived 40 min prior to appt time and was the very last one to be called in. The nurse was a bit unprofessional as she was chewing and clearing eating something while dealing with us (licking her fingers and all) gross. She tried to do a vision test on my (just turned) 3 yo but then decided mid-test that he was too young. When we got into the room it was about and additional 10 min wait to see the doctor. This was a well visit so everything went well. I will say majority of the time was spent waiting. All in all it wasn’t too bad. Perhaps training these nurses further."

"I have been with Almouie pediatrics since 2016. This location is by far the best location I’ve been too. I don’t care if I’m half way across town and there is one closer to me I will come here. The front office is so welcoming and comforting. The cleanliness is soo good for a doctors office. The MA’s are wonderful as well. So patient with my kids and other children as well. My kids love to the see NP Jessica and Dr. Gonzales as well. They are soo hands on with my children and any question I have always gets an answer and also gets reassurances. DEFINITLEY hands down my all time favorite clinic. The practice manager is very understanding and amazing. They are all practically family I love the staff."
