Neighborhood kids will then throw rocks at your windows and destroy your property and damage your cars during the day. Neither management nor parents of the children will do anything. Avoid if you care about your kids."

"Well its time to put a comment, it has been almost 5 years living here at Springtime.... I have had many many many memories... some good and some bad. over all these apts were home to me and my family. So let's begin.... I moved into the area on Oct 1, 2013... yup long time, prob the longest i've ever lived in one location especially apts. At the time the mgrs were the people whom still own the flea market known as Buckys off of I-35 going towards Austin TX. Since then i've hand a total of 5 managers up to now. The managers currrently are Tarintino MGMT company and their office is off DeZavala RD going towards Walmart. They have seemed fair but very proactive with kicking tenants out... which is why i'm now moving after all this time. No heart feelings, I wouldnt say i'm a bad tenant but i'm currently in a rough time in life and can no longer stay here of personal reasons that really effect me mentally and emotionally.... The area is good for families especially big families. However with everything there are a few bad apples that will or can put a hinder in your daily or should i say nightly living. The tenants above me now are Section 8 and have many kids running around so much and hard at night that the ceiling seems to want to fall down... very scary. When i first moved in my two twin boys were only a year old so they would cry at night and the people above would stomp really hard making it worse and scaring my babies.. i had to call the Prue RD police on numerous occasions because the manager wouldnt really do anything. well i've seen many people come and go from the apts some good and bad... really bad.... to be honest i would stay just because i'm a creature of habit... i served in the military with honors i'm a veteran with PTSD and i told the management of my issues to help and assist with my current financial situation but they fell on deaf ears... no harm no foul... i guess this is God's way of telling me its time to move... in a certain way it hurts because i've been here so long i really didn't expect to move into another apt complex around the area but because of financial issues i have no choice... i was hoping to just stay here and then get a home but i guess its not happening. MGMT if you are reading this now or later please i tried to reach out to you guys... this place is the only thing i have memories of my kids whom have since left back to houston with their mom for various reasons. it is just me and my eldest dtr who decided to stay with me bcuz she feels its her duty and obligation. there are many elementary schools around the area, boone elementary, carnahan ( which i would suggest) on babcock rd. marshall high and brandies high (which i would suggest). the park next to the place is opened at night so don't be alarmed there are kids during the summer months that are skating there. the 7 /11 across the street is a blessing, i say this because it gets really dark at night and the apts don't really have a lot of light. The structure of the place are good very large space for rooms and living room, there are washers and dryers there. the place i'm moving into small compared to this place... which is why i favored them for kids if you have a big family. but i must say please be in the process of moving to a home don't do like i did and just get comfortable.... i think its really taken a toll on me but its just me like i mentioned of my medical past. all in all if i had to do it again with my kids with me etc... i would do it in a heart beat. good luck and make many memories... overall the area is very safe....
