"The worst Dunkin you’ll ever go to… the most rude employees, always out of literally every flavor or the oven is broke, and they never get the order correct. Do yourself a favor and head to Starbucks down the road for a little more money and a lot better experience"
"I’ll do a simple mobile order and every time I get to the window after telling them my name, I get asked what I ordered. Lol what’s the point of doing a mobile order? It doesn’t show you what I ordered? Then I’ve been told multiple times they are either closed for something or don’t have whatever items I already paid for on my mobile order. 9 times out of 10 I know it’s not going to be a pleasant experience."
"I have never been so disappointed with Dunkin before. My son and I went in around 1pm. They had their ovens already turned off for the day, and we were unable to get what we truly went for. The person at the counter laughed, and claimed she was new. This is the reason you guys lose my sales. I'd rather go to the shop up the street that makes food until 5pm or later."
"What I ordered: a large peppermint white mocha, iced. What I got: a small plain iced coffee. I told them what I ordered and that they got it wrong and they handed me a small peppermint iced coffee. I paid for a large and got a small. I just gave up after that. Overall, the employees seemed like they had absolutely no clue what was happening, the girl taking our order didn't recognize the item my wife was ordering off their menu. They were incredibly rude about the whole thing, and seemed like they wanted to blame us for their ignorance. Wasn't the worst coffee I've ever had but it might have been the worst service I've ever received. Definitely in the top 10. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else"
